Bead and Button Necklace

Jun 4, 2019 | Beading Study Group

The May Bead Study was taught by Carolyn Granados and included designing the Crazy Bead and Button necklace. This was a great way of creating jewelry with all those beautiful beads and buttons you have been collecting over the years.

Necklaces below designed by Theresa Sanchez, Carolyn Granados, Karen Bennett, and Elisa Reutinger.

Original meeting announcement and supply list:

You will have a chance to create this crazy button and bead necklace at the May 14th Bead Study class. Each necklace will be a unique creation designed by members as you will bring your own supplies of buttons and beads. Perhaps you stocked up during the April field trip! If not, start collecting your beads and buttons from secondhand and antique stores. You will be amazed at what you can create without spending a large sum of money.

As always, if you do not wish to make this necklace during the May meeting, bring your own project to create. We don’t care what you do, just come and visit with the members and make new friends. Call Carolyn Granados if you have questions.
