What’s it all about? Learn the history and technique of Sashiko and Boro, Japanese stitching. Please bring any Sashiko projects you may have done or are in the process of doing. Also bring your notes, templates, sketches of how you created your designs and/or what inspired you to stitch this way. Cranberry margaritas will be served!
I made the drawstring bag for a Sashiko class I am teaching at the Davis Arts Center.
The Needle Arts Group will not meet in December. In January, we will have an intro to dollmaking.
