My name is Monea, Owner of Creative Essence. For our May Bead Study meeting, Tuesday, May 11th, at 10:30 am, I will be demonstrating and sharing through video and pictures, a variety of ways to wear a “Head Wrap.” Each of you will experience the intriguing history, past and present why this fashion culture is worn by many. I have enjoyed wearing head wraps to work, church, and during my leisure time such as, gardening or movies. From these illustrations, my hopes are that you will gain fun and interesting traditions to add into your everyday fashionable wear.
We will meet via Zoom. Gloria will send the Zoom link two days before. See the materials list below if you want to follow along, or try it out later.
Presenters are needed for June and July. Contact Carolyn if you have a project or skill idea you can share or teach.
